BOOKING FORM
-I generally only take bookings for the next 2-3 months, but please contact me if you need to arrange something in advance, for example, travelling from overseas.
-Designs are available to see at the appointment, and there is always time to make alterations.
-A non refundable deposit is required to secure he booking, and there deposit is forfeit if you reschedule within 3 days of the appointment.
-I work at Big Smile Tattoo, a semi private studio in Kelham Island, Sheffield. The studio is semi private (not a street shop) and the artists here work on rotation, so there may or may not be other artists/clients present. If you would like to request a quieter day please let me know in the notes.
